Been working a lot on gesture drawings, they are incredible for getting consistency in your anatomy. I've been warming up with 30 seconds then moving to 90 and then I'll just draw one out on the random poser for about 10 minutes and try to capture as much as I can.
Can't say enough good things for what this does to you as an artist. I read somewhere recently that someone was having issues with "their style" and the guy replied to him to fill a 400 page sketchbook with gesture drawings and then try to draw a character again and this would help to naturally pull your inner style out....... so far I'm about 200 pages in, after about 4 months. I've tried some different things along the way and I'll start posting them in the next little bit.
Oh crap... forgot to mention Posemaniacs for the gesture drawing, its pretty much the most amazing teacher I've ever had, give it a try, you'll see!
